Staring with staff, excellent welcome, friendly giving a lot of info. Room has everything you need with comfy beds. Our room had a view to the canal and was really nice. Breakfast was complete, didn’t miss anything. Staff always there to support. Location 10. All great, will definitely visit again.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Venice. The rooms are spacious and beautiful views of the canal.
The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We had a fabulous view of a canal and the bridge of sighs, from our balcony. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is close to the Piazza St Marco. Great block out curtains and quiet at night.

Wonderful stay, wonderful view, wonderful room!!!!!
I loved the view of the canal. We had never been to Venice before and it was a wonderful experience. Your hotel is located in a perfect spot. Easy walking to all locations. The bellman even carried our luggage to the water taxi when we departed. It was a wonderful time.
No fault of anyone. We were hoping that the water taxi could bring us right to the hotel. We didn't know that we would be dropped off a long distance away with heavy luggage.
